The National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC) and the Council of State Archivists (CoSA) produced the SHRAB member manual. The manual contains suggested practices, board member duties, and general information about the NHPRC. In addition, the manual provides information about CoSA and how the work done by the SHRABs relates to CoSA's mission.
